Visiting this website

This website itself uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. Before you click on a video, no connection to Google or other third parties is made.

When you open a page, the web server of our hosting provider, IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, automatically records technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. We process this data to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server logs are kept for up to 8 weeks.

Contacting us

If you write to us by email or call us, we use your details only to answer your request and, if you book a session, to arrange it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries). We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply, for example for accounting records.

Courses

Our courses are hosted on skool.com. When you sign up there, Skool's terms and privacy policy apply to your account and your payment.

Videos (YouTube)

We may show videos from YouTube on pages of this website. YouTube is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

A video is not loaded when you open a page. Only when you click "Load video" does your browser connect to YouTube. With this click, you consent to the loading (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). When the video loads, YouTube receives your IP address and the information that you opened this page. YouTube may also store or read information on your device, for example cookies, and may link this to your Google account if you are logged in. We have no influence on what Google does with this data.

Google may process data in the USA and other countries. For such transfers, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by not loading videos and by deleting the data stored in your browser. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Recipients

Your data is processed on our behalf by our hosting and email provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes data within the EU/EEA. If a transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA is necessary to provide the service, IONOS ensures that the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met. If you load a YouTube video, Google Ireland Limited receives data as described under "Videos (YouTube)". We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.

Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Your rights
